TojBet Terms and Conditions

1 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a TojBet account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. TojBet does not permit access to players under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering voluntarily and on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion arrangement that applies to online gaming platforms.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You must maintain the accuracy of your account information at all times and update it promptly if any details change.

TojBet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including during registration, before processing withdrawals, or if account activity triggers a review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of account access or withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

2 Account Rules

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active TojBet account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. TojBet uses automated detection tools to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately.
• Any bonus funds, pending withdrawals or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts may be voided and forfeited.
• The primary account may also be suspended pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your TojBet login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share your login details with anyone else. TojBet will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact TojBet support immediately and change your password. Any activity carried out using your login credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access prior to that activity occurring.

Account Information Accuracy

The name and personal details registered on your TojBet account must match the identity documents and payment methods you use. Providing false information during registration — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances. TojBet does not allow account name changes after registration; if your registered details are incorrect, contact support.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

TojBet accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, credit and debit cards, and supported mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your TojBet wallet immediately or within a few minutes depending on the payment channel used.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that belongs to you. Depositing using a payment method registered to another person is not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit — or to a verified account in your own name. TojBet does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before your first withdrawal is processed, TojBet may request identity and payment verification documents. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but TojBet aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. Any active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be removed from your balance at the time of withdrawal; only your real-money balance is withdrawable.

Currency

All transactions on TojBet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees for Pakistani players depositing and withdrawing in PKR.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on TojBet, including pre-match markets, live in-play markets, accumulators and special event markets covering Cricket, PSL, Football, Esports and all other sports available on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. TojBet does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after confirmation, except in circumstances where TojBet has offered a Cash Out option and that option is exercised before the relevant event concludes.
• TojBet reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where it is subsequently determined that the odds were displayed in error — whether due to a technical error, data feed failure or human error. In such cases, bets will be settled at the correct odds or voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placing the bet.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended temporarily during play — for example, during a wicket review in cricket or a VAR check in football. Bets submitted during a suspension will not be accepted.
• For Cricket and PSL markets, all match result bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or equivalent). Interrupted matches are settled in accordance with the applicable Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method where relevant, or voided if no official result is declared.
• TojBet reserves the right to limit stakes on any market or for any individual account where betting patterns suggest abuse, arbitrage or irregular activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

TojBet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including a welcome bonus on first deposit, daily reload bonuses and event-specific campaigns tied to Pakistan's cricket calendar — including PSL season promotions and international fixtures. The following general terms apply to all TojBet bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

Claiming Bonuses

• Bonuses are credited automatically on qualifying deposits or via manual claim where indicated on the Promotions page.
• Each bonus is available once per player, per household and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts is considered abuse and will result in all bonuses being voided.
• The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. Existing players who create a second account to claim a new-player bonus are in breach of these Terms.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the Promotions page and in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements represent the total amount you must bet using the bonus funds (and in some cases your deposit) before a withdrawal of winnings derived from the bonus is permitted.

• Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements — typically sports bets contribute 100%, slots contribute 100%, and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the validity window, the bonus and any winnings generated from it are forfeited.
• TojBet reserves the right to change, withdraw or cancel any bonus at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus in active use will be notified of any material changes.

Bonus Abuse

TojBet monitors bonus usage for patterns that indicate abuse — including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine betting risk; exploiting promotional offers through coordinated play across multiple accounts; and depositing solely to trigger a bonus with no genuine intention of using the platform. Where bonus abuse is identified, TojBet reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings and restrict or close the account.

6 Casino & Games

TojBet's casino section includes slots, table games, live dealer games and fish shooting games. The following rules apply across all game categories:

• All games on TojBet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by live dealer providers using genuine physical equipment under controlled conditions. Game outcomes are random and not influenced by TojBet or its staff.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical error that interrupts a round before a result is produced, the round will be voided and the bet amount returned to your balance. TojBet will not pay out on an incomplete game result.
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection when using live dealer games and in-play betting. TojBet is not liable for bets lost or rounds interrupted due to the player's own connectivity issues.
• Maximum bet limits apply in the casino. These are displayed within the game interface. Bets exceeding the stated maximum may be voided.
• Fish games operate on a skill-and-chance combined mechanic. Each game session is independent and previous outcomes have no bearing on future results.

7 Responsible Gaming

TojBet is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. Online betting and gaming should be treated as entertainment — an enjoyable activity funded from discretionary leisure budget, not from money needed for essential expenses. We actively encourage all players to keep their gaming in that context.

Available Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all TojBet players in their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your TojBet account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose over a defined period. Once reached, betting is paused until the period resets or you adjust the limit downward.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive a notification when you have been active on the platform for a set duration — a simple prompt to take a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your TojBet account. Short-term self-exclusion options cover periods from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion closes the account indefinitely.

Increases to deposit or loss limits take effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. TojBet is for adults aged 18 and above only. 8 Player Conduct

All players are expected to use TojBet in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent closure:

• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets, access games or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corruption relating to the outcome of sporting events available on TojBet.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to obtain credits, winnings or advantages not genuinely won. Any amounts obtained through exploitation of a platform error are not considered legitimate winnings and will be reversed.
• Using chargebacks or payment disputes to retrieve deposited funds from TojBet after those funds have been used for betting or gaming. Accounts where chargebacks are raised will be suspended pending investigation.
• Using the platform in any manner intended to launder money, process illegal funds or circumvent financial regulations.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing TojBet support staff or other players via any communication channel.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

TojBet may suspend, restrict or permanently close a player account at any time if:

• The player is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms.
• The player's account activity is identified as potentially fraudulent or associated with illegal conduct.
• The player fails to provide identity or payment verification documents when requested.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The player's account is subject to a payment dispute, chargeback or reversal.
• Regulatory, legal or operational requirements necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, TojBet reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation, or to forfeit the balance where the breach involves fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or multiple-account operation. Where an account is closed for reasons other than player misconduct — for example, if TojBet withdraws from a market — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may also voluntarily close their TojBet account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after all applicable verification checks are completed.

10 Limitation of Liability

TojBet provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted, error-free service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical faults. To the fullest extent permitted, TojBet's liability to any player is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's verified TojBet account at the time of the relevant event.

TojBet is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, opportunities or anticipated winnings not yet confirmed as a result of technical outages, interruptions or errors.
• Delays in game loading, bet placement or withdrawal processing caused by factors outside TojBet's direct control — including internet service provider issues, banking delays or third-party payment processor downtime.
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Actions taken by third parties in relation to your account, including unauthorised access resulting from your own failure to secure login credentials.

11 Changes to These Terms

TojBet may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players via the contact details registered on their account and by displaying a notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice. Continued use of TojBet after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
